Go to the Heart of Meve

The sense of community is everywhere at Mevé. You’ll see it on the friendly faces of residents as you stroll along the boardwalk by the central lake, cycle or walk along the trails throughout the estate or play in the many well kept parks and ovals.

You only have to attend a meeting of the Beeliar Residents’ Advancement Group (BRAG) to discover just how committed the residents of Mevé are to their community. This includes being partners in important environmental initiatives and organising many activities for residents enjoy including the very popular Christmas Carols in the Park.

If you are interested in joining a club, or starting up a new one, the Beeliar Community Centre is a hive of activity for many social, cultural and sporting groups that cater for all ages and interests. This includes the Beeliar Soccer Club, art and dance classes, playgroups, and youth activities.

For families, Beeliar Primary School is an established Kindergarten to Year 7 school of approximately 450 students that is well regarded for the quality of the programmes on offer and the encouragement it gives to parents and the community in being  involved in the life of the school.

Mevé is proud to have hosted two Charity Homes to provide benefits for the wider community. The first provided funds to the Fremantle Hospital Medical Research Foundation and the current Rotary WA Cordblood Charity Home is to be auctioned, unless sold prior, on Sat 6 September 2008.
